How can I delete my account?

Logon and head to Account to delete

After login, tap on the 3 lines at the top right corner to reveal the hidden menu.

Now tap on the small icon with your name on the left down corner to pop up a menu and click on Account to delete your account.

You will be asked to confirm, one more time.

Once you delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Note: this procedure cannot be reversed!

If for any reason you cannot delete your account, please contact us at dcard@goxafrica.com and we can delete your account on your behalf. Once this is done, a confirmation email will be sent back to you.
